Hi, my name is Julia, and for about 10 years I was plagued with insomnia. I’ve spent my fair share of nights staring at the ceiling and wondering why the heck aren’t I sleepy. OMG, do I really have to get up in two hours?
Through sheer necessity (and peace in my household) I learned how to manage my sleeplessness. Having insomnia doesn’t run my life, I do.
In fact, I became obsessed with the science of sleep and why some of us can’t seem to get enough of it. I started I Dream of Sleep to help others sleep better, and ultimately became a certified sleep science coach.
I’m committed to helping others get the sleep they need so they can sleep, dream big, wake up feeling amazing, and live life the the fullest each and every day.
