I have a love affair with subscription boxes. It’s like getting a present in the mail every month! I’ve tried subscription boxes for clothes and food, and I’ve always wanted to try a subscription box for sleep. For the past year I’ve been searching for one and there wasn’t any out there…until now!
On a whim I Googled “sleep subscription box” a few weeks ago, and Snoozebox popped up. OMG, there is finally a monthly sleep gift box for insomniacs and sleep divas. I couldn’t get mine fast enough!
So just what comes in a Snoozebox, and can it really help sleep or does it just have fru fru stuff in it? Here’s what was in my Snoozebox this month. 🙂

The Snoozebox Sleep Subscription Box…Unboxed!
Getting a Snoozebox is like getting a sleep care package. It usually comes with 3-6 sleep promoting items in it. I hit the jackpot and got five!
First up, is a bottle of melatonin, the quintessential natural sleep remedy. It’s 3mg and there’s 50 tablets. Low dose and good for over a month. Definitely not a trial size!
Although I don’t usually recommend using melatonin as a sleep aid (because it’s not, it’s a hormone!) on a regular basis, I do use it to normalize my sleep cycle if it’s out of whack. And if you know how to use melatonin for sleep correctly, it’s a good thing to add to your sleep arsenal.
Next is Enchanted Slumber Sleep Balm by the Wood Sprite. I am a big lover of sleep balms, so much so I even make my own DIY sleep balm. To say I was thrilled to see one in my Snoozebox is an understatement.
It’s a lovely blend of lavender and cedarwood, two of my favorite essential oils to use for sleep. I use it after my nightly soak in the tub and it’s sooo relaxing and takes me to my happy place. 🙂

Also, there was this awesome Somnia EO sleep blend, which smelled heavenly. This month’s Snoozebox was chock full of essential oil products, but that’s okay. It’s one of my favorite (and most pleasant) natural sleep aids.
I’m usually wary about using pre-mixed blends online because I worry I’m not going to like the smell once I get it. But I had no worries with this high quality blend. It has marjoram, lavender, vetiver, ylang ylang, rosewood, and sandalwood, all sleepy aromatherapy oils.
This is something I was surprised to see in my sleep kit…gotu kola! I’ve used it in the past for other things, but I seriously had no idea it was helpful for sleep. And you know me, I have to search out anything natural that’s supposed to help insomnia.
And what do you know, gotu kola helps anxiety, calms nerves naturally and acts as a sedative. Gotu kola is definitely going into my sleep arsenal!
I saved my absolute favorite for last.. the Sleep Well Mist by New Moon Beginnings. I love sleepy linen sprays and I do buy (and make) my fair share of sleep sprays. I find it very calming and relaxing, but this is a very unique spray.
I looked up New Moon Beginnings, and this mist has lavender, chamomile…and amethyst and quartz? Again, two things I had no idea was good for sleep, but after a little research learned they are.

So My Thoughts on Snoozebox…
I’ve been looking for a monthly sleep care package for nearly as long as I’ve had I Dream of Sleep. And if you’ve been waiting that long for something, you want something that’s going to live up to your expectations.
I can honestly say that Snoozebox has been worth the wait. My box was full of quality natural sleep aids and I like the fact that, aside from the melatonin, they weren’t the typical insomnia remedies you can buy yourself at the store.
And because of that, I feel like they’ve really got their act together and will go out of their way to produce a quality box every month that’ll be full of surprises.
The Perfect Gift for the Sleep Deprived
Snoozebox is the perfect can’t sleep care package to send to a friend who loves sleep, or to give to yourself if you’re struggling withsleep issues.
If you’re giving it as a gift, a monthly Snoozebox will give them something they didn’t even know they wanted but will fall in love with. A box full of relaxing things that encourages me to relax and lounge in bed? Yes, please!
And if you’re sending yourself a Snoozebox subscription sleep box, it can be a godsend and a money saver. How many sleep products do you have in your medicine cabinet that was a total fail? Snoozebox rotates sleep remedies monthly, so you’ll be getting 3-6 new natural sleep aids to try.
So How Much Does it Cost?
Snoozebox is reasonably priced, considering all the sleep goodies you get. Prices start as low as $26.98 a month. And don’t look at my box and think pills and essential oils are all you’re going to get. You can also expect herbal teas, relaxing bath salts and other sleep promoting goodies.
I’ve wanted a monthly sleep gift box for so long, and I’m so happy to have found Snoozebox. Treat yourself and order your Snoozebox today!
